Michael Sarraille
Mike Sarraille is a globally top-rated leadership and organizational culture subject matter expert, best-selling author, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and extreme adventurer. He specializes in guiding small- and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies on leadership, culture, and high-performing teams. Mike earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 2003 and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in 2017. He is the founder and CEO of Talent War Group, a Leadership Development & Executive Search firm, and co-founder of Legacy Expeditions. Mike's extensive military background includes being a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, former enlisted Recon Marine, and Scout-Sniper. He completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Training. He served in SEAL Team THREE, leading historic combat operations during the Battle of Ramadi in 2006 and the Battle of Sadr City in 2008. Mike served as the SEAL Junior Officer Training Course (JOTC) Director, where he mentored and prepared junior SEAL officers to lead combat operations. He completed ten combat deployments supporting the Global War on Terrorism.
